Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and execute cinematic shoots for hotels, resorts, restaurants, and lifestyle brands.
Capture high-quality video content for brand films, social media reels, and digital ads.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand brand tone and visual goals.
Plan and execute lighting setups, camera movements, and frame compositions that enhance storytelling.
Handle both indoor and outdoor shoots, adapting to various lighting and location challenges.
Work on product, food, and lifestyle shoots that align with hospitality aesthetics.
Collaborate closely with editors to ensure post-production aligns with the creative vision.
Maintain and manage camera equipment and accessories with utmost care.
Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming and pre-production phases.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Cinematographer or DOP in hospitality, lifestyle, or commercial shoots.
Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and color grading principles.
Proficiency with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and cinematic gear.
Good knowledge of editing software (Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve) is a plus.
Ability to direct small teams during shoots (models, lighting assistants, etc.).
Flexibility to travel for hotel/resort shoots across locations.
A creative mindset with an eye for detail and composition.
