Job Overview

Tectra Technologies is looking for a skilled and creative Cinematographer to join our in-house media production team. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, working across brand films, digital ads, social media content, and client campaigns.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for visuals, solid technical fundamentals, and the ability to translate concepts into high-quality video outputs for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute video shoots for brand promotions, digital ads, social media content, and client projects

• Handle camera setup, framing, lighting, and shot composition for both indoor and outdoor shoots

• Work closely with creative, marketing, and editing teams to execute visual concepts effectively

• Ensure visual consistency in line with brand guidelines and project requirements

• Operate, maintain, and manage cameras, lenses, gimbals, tripods, and lighting equipment

• Coordinate with post-production teams by delivering clean, well-structured footage

• Adapt shooting styles based on platform requirements (Instagram, YouTube, ads, websites)

• Stay updated with current cinematography trends, formats, and digital video styles

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Cinematographer / Video Shooter

• Strong working knowledge of DSLR and mirrorless camera systems

• Solid understanding of lighting, color, framing, movement, and visual storytelling

• Experience shooting content for digital marketing, social media, or commercial use

• Basic understanding of video editing workflows (Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve is a plus)

• Ability to manage shoots independently and handle multiple projects

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and execution quality
