Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telecaller proficient in Hindi and Tamil. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing product information, answering queries, and handling grievances. They will also be responsible for recording details of interactions, following up on customer inquiries, and maintaining the customer database.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hindi and Tamil languages
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service or telemarketing
• Ability to handle customer grievances and resolve issues efficiently
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
