Repeat. • Build and scale our AI-backed engine for matchmaking, investments, and iBuying • Design the backbone for features like: • Real-time agent/buyer/seller matching • Tokenized property vaults • Smart locality analytics • Zero-fee rent payments & “Rent Now, Pay Later” • Set up infrastructure that’s secure, scalable, and 10x faster than anything in the market • Hire and lead a lean, elite dev squad • Work directly with the founder to launch, raise, and disrupt ⸻ What You Bring: • 5–10 years building scalable web products (React, Next.js, Supabase, Firebase, etc.) • You’ve led tech at a startup or dreamed of being a founding CTO • Experience (or obsession) with proptech, fintech, or AI-powered platforms • Bonus: experience with tokenization, real-time data infra, or smart contracts • Infinite curiosity. Strategic thinking.
