Responsibilities:

• Strategic AI Roadmap:

  Develop and execute a clear strategy for AI tool adoption within our Salesforce environment and overall HRtech stack.

• AI Tool Evaluation & Implementation:

  Lead the assessment, selection, and seamless integration of AI solutions that align with our business goals and deliver tangible productivity gains.

• Technical Leadership:

  Provide expert guidance on architecture, data security, and scalability for all AI initiatives.

• Team Collaboration:

  Work closely with our internal teams to ensure successful adoption and optimization of new technologies.

• Innovation & Best Practices:

  Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, HRtech, and Salesforce, bringing innovative ideas and best practices to the table.

About You:

• Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar senior technology leadership role, with a strong focus on AI.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce and its integration capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in implementing AI solutions that drive business impact.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
