Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer located in Kochi (Kerala). The CTO will be responsible for overseeing the company's technological direction, managing software development and IT strategy, and leading project and product development. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to ensure the company's technological growth and maintaining architectural standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• 12-20 years of experience in technology or product development roles.
• Building & Leading Engineering or R&D team in India
• Hands-on technical background & experience in IT Strategy and Architecture
• Experience in DevOps, Cybersecurity & Enterprise software.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi (Kerala)
• Bachelor's/Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred
