🏢 Position Openings:✔️ Marketing Manager✔️ Mid-Level and Junior Marketing Personnel📍 Job Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh🧑‍💼 Experience Requirements:✔️ Marketing Manager (Senior Level):• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing and sales• Must have worked in the machine industry or have strong experience with industrial product marketing✔️ Mid-Level & Junior Personnel:• 1–3 years of relevant experience• Exposure to marketing industrial products is highly preferred🎓 Educational Qualifications:✔️ Open to any educational background✔️ Technical qualifications will be given preference💰 Salary Range:✔️ ₹30,000 to ₹60,000 per month✔️ Higher salary negotiable based on experience, skills, and role level🔧 Key Responsibilities:✔️ Conduct sales and marketing activities for packaging machines and material handling equipment✔️ Clearly explain machine specifications and handling processes to clients✔️ Manage B2B and B2C clients✔️ Roles will be assigned as per candidate's strengths:  • Strategic and leadership roles for seniors  • Fieldwork-focused roles for others✔️ Frequent field visits required; some roles involve office-based marketing & sales✅ Key Requirements:✔️ Prior experience in machine/industrial product marketing is mandatory✔️ Candidates with a technical background will have an added advantage✔️ Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining technical concepts✔️ Must be presentable and professional✔️ Experience in both B2B and B2C is highly preferred✔️ Must reside in or around Indore for ease of travel and work📘 Additional Information:✔️ Comprehensive training will be provided to all selected candidates post-hiring📩 How to Apply:Send your updated CV to 📧 cv@neosource.in or WA: 6232388308
