We specialize in providing innovative solutions in design, development, and digital marketing services, while also offering professional training programs in creative and tech fields. As we expand, we are looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive the technology vision and lead our tech department.

Role Overview

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of technology strategies, managing our tech team, and ensuring that our technical infrastructure is robust, scalable, and secure. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our digital products, services, and training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
• Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy to support business goals
• Oversee the development and implementation of software, platforms, and digital services
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of our digital infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, content) to align technology initiatives with business needs
• Stay updated on the latest tech trends and emerging technologies
• Manage the budget for the tech department and ensure cost-effective resource allocation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 4–6 years of experience in a senior tech leadership role, preferably in startups or mid-sized companies
• Strong experience with software development, web technologies, and IT infrastructure
• Expertise in cloud computing, database management, and security best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in team building, project management, and aligning tech solutions with business strategies
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Previous experience in digital marketing, creative technology, or design-related fields is a plus
