Role Description

As our Chief Sales Officer, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth and client acquisition strategy across all offline advertising verticals.

You’ll lead the sales team, shape high-level strategies, and leverage your industry network to bring in high-value clients and long-term partnerships. This is a senior leadership role for someone with deep experience in the advertising space and a proven record of converting relationships into results.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and Sales Operations
• Proven ability in Sales Management and Team Management
• Strong skills in Training and mentoring sales teams
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Compensation & Perks

Salary : 13 LPA(Fixed)

Performances Bonuses based on revenue targets
