Job Description

As CSO, you will lead global revenue and expansion for Bhaiyaa.com, overseeing enterprise, government, and platform sales, while integrating efforts with MICE, ADT, and Newforce verticals. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement global sales roadmap. - Scale ONDC seller & buyer acquisition. - Build sales functions across B2B2C, D2C, and institutional models. - Integrate sales funnels with ADT, MICE, and Newforce. - Expand franchise models and government adoption. - Launch Bhaiyaa Card & Wallet across markets. - Deliver analytics and performance reporting to CEO/Board. Qualifications & Requirements - MBA (IIM/ISB preferred ). - 15+ years in sales leadership roles in tech, SaaS, or commerce. - Proven platform scaling experience (ONDC, ecommerce, fintech ). - Deep understanding of MSME, government, and franchise channels. - Strong leadership and commercial modeling skills.
