Chief Sales Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abroad for a Chief Sales Officer. The Chief Sales Officer will be responsible for overseeing the overall sales strategy, operations, and team management to achieve business goals. Daily tasks include devising and executing sales plans, managing and training the sales team, developing relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, and driving revenue growth. The role also requires collaboration with other departments to align sales initiatives with overall organizational objectives.

• Proficiency in Sales, Sales Operations, and Sales Management
• Skills in Training and mentoring sales teams
• Experience in Team Management with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse group
• Strong strategic thinking and results-driven mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Familiarity with the visa and immigration services industry is a valuable advantage
