Deep expertise in digital technologies, customer engagement, and strategy implementation is essential. 3. Proven leadership in driving cross-functional teams, data analysis, and innovation in digitalization efforts are required attributes for this role. 4. Proven leadership in driving a cultural transformation in a mid-sized company 5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 6.
