Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all daily operations and administrative staff.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and budgets to optimize efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with government bodies, training centers, and sports organizations.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic planning and achieve organizational goals.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
• Lead upcoming projects and ensure optimal use of training facilities.

Ideal Candidate:

• Master’s degree in Business or Sports Management from a reputed institution.
• 15+ years of leadership experience, with 3+ years in a COO or similar C-level role, preferably in sports organizations.
• Proven expertise in managing diverse functional areas, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
• Strong financial acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead high-performing teams.
