Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer, located in Mumbai. The Chief Operating Officer will oversee daily operations, implement business strategies, manage budgets, and ensure the company's operational efficiency. Responsibilities include developing and executing business plans, managing financial aspects, analyzing operational processes, and improving overall productivity.

Qualifications

• Business Planning and Operations Management experience
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to analyze and improve operational processes
• Expertise in Finance and Budgeting
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Prior experience in a leadership role within the healthcare or luxury service industry is a plus
