Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Operating Officer based in the Greater Delhi Area with ability to travel as a prerequisite. The Chief Operating Officer will oversee daily operations, implement business strategies, manage resources, and ensure operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include optimizing operations, managing budgets, developing business plans, and collaborating with the executive team to drive growth. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to enhance productivity.

• Proficiency in Business Planning and developing strategies
• Strong Operations Management skills and experience
• Excellent Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
• Finance and Budgeting expertise
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the food or agriculture industry is a plus
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant field preferred
