We are looking for a commercially astute, people-first COO to drive growth for a high-potential Indian medical devices company specializing in spinal implants, interventional cardiology, and neurovascular solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring:

✅ 20+ years in medical devices, with proven experience in scaling sales and operations

✅ Hands-on leadership of ₹200+ Cr business volumes, across India and global markets

✅ Deep understanding of channel sales, hospital networks, and clinician relationships

✅ A balanced style – focused on top-line growth while nurturing internal teams and mentoring future leaders

✅ Familiarity with regulatory landscapes (US FDA, CE, CDSCO)
