The ideal candidate will bring:
✅ 3–7 years’ experience in Securitization, Corporate Banking, or FI business
✅ Strong knowledge of RBI & SEBI guidelines, credit monitoring & compliance
✅ Experience in structuring transactions, disbursement, and audit handling
✅ Proven ability to manage relationships with FIs, NBFCs, PSUs & internal stakeholders
✅ Exposure to counterparty credit lines, cross-sell & liability business
✅ Excellent analytical, networking & customer service skills
✅ Qualification: MBA / CA / ICWA preferred
