Role & responsibilities

responsible for acquiring new customers and managing a portfolio of existing ones to meet sales targets for Current and Savings Accounts

Preferred candidate profile

  • Identify and acquire new customers for CASA products through direct sales, cold calling, and promotional activities.
    • Onboard new customers and ensure they are activated on digital platforms.
    • Maintain a high quality of customer acquisition.
    • Sales and Cross-Selling:

    • Achieve sales targets for CASA products and other banking products like loans.
    • Leverage cross-selling opportunities by assessing customer needs and lifestyle.
    • Drive sales initiatives and report on performance metrics.
  • Compliance and Operations:

    • Ensure strict adherence to KYC (Know Your Customer) norms and other regulatory guidelines.
    • Record and track all engagement and sales activities using a CRM system.
    • Assist in market research and analysis to stay updated on market trends.
    • Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency.
