CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

As the Chief Operating Officer at the bank, your primary purpose is to manage all operational and functional departments effectively to support the growth and development plans. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to meet the bank's objectives while working closely with the leadership team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Enhance profitability through effective management and negotiation of all operating channels. - Establish department performance goals aligned with long-term objectives and monitor results, addressing any impediments. - Collaborate with the Regional Head to develop and implement the strategic operating plan for the Region. - Identify current and future human capital needs to execute the plan, ensuring timely implementation across departments within budget and timelines. - Work with department leaders to establish operational processes and identify opportunities for process improvement to support the strategic plan. - Set up and monitor performance reporting systems, conducting regular meetings with department heads for clear priorities and effective coordination. - Collaborate with the Regional Head and Head of Sales to ensure compliance with internal processes, procedures, and industry regulations. - Prioritize quality and customer service for customer acquisition and timely service delivery. - Foster a high-performance culture through employee development and performance management, providing coaching and leadership for desired results. **Qualifications Required:** - Previous experience in a senior management role within the banking industry. - Strong leadership and negotiation skills. - Excellent strategic planning and decision-making abilities. - Sound knowledge of operational processes and compliance regulations. - Proven track record of achieving operational goals and improving processes. - Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
