SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

The System Administrator position is a senior role focused on the maintenance, upgrade, and management of software, hardware, and networks. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues promptly, effectively communicating with interdisciplinary teams and users, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our technology infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include assisting with product launches and providing technical support for necessary operations within Kitopi. You will be involved in setting up and maintaining hardware and network infrastructure across multiple locations, with knowledge of Fortinet network appliances. Additionally, you will play a key role in rolling out Microsoft Dynamics ERP, internal POS, and other system implementations in all kitchens and offices. As a System Administrator, you will be tasked with implementing and training staff on new products and features, supporting data analysts with validation checks using Looker dashboards, and documenting user manuals for process flows and new requirements. You will work closely with teams to ensure that all processes are being followed daily and troubleshoot system issues, escalating them to support teams when necessary. Moreover, you will be responsible for maintaining internal and external SLAs, internal knowledge base, and IT asset database, as well as establishing relationships with local AMC companies. Preferred qualifications for this role include Lean or Six-Sigma Certification, Agile certification, strong knowledge of SaaS/Cloud systems, and a general understanding of operation systems like POS, ERP, and CRM systems. Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) are considered a plus. To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or a similar position. You should possess knowledge of various operating systems and platforms, particularly the Microsoft Dynamics ERP System.
