As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at ACI Infotech, located in Hyderabad (Hitech City), you will play a crucial role as the right-hand person to our CEO. Your primary responsibility will be to lead our team of high-performing professionals towards efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the industry, ideally having progressed to an executive role, which provides a unique blend of business acumen and management expertise. Your objectives in this role will include collaborating with the CEO to establish and drive the organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring plans. You will be tasked with translating strategic objectives into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning. Additionally, you will oversee company operations, focusing on employee productivity and fostering an inclusive culture to ensure team success and goal attainment. As the COO, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales operations strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance sales efficiency. You will analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) will be essential to assess operational efficiency and identify opportunities for enhancement while ensuring compliance with national and local business regulations. Collaboration with other executives and departments, such as Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and HR, will be crucial to align operations with overall business objectives. You will manage capital investments and expenses prudently to achieve investor targets for growth and profitability. It will be your responsibility to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders. You are expected to stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency. Compliance with industry regulations, standards, and legal requirements is paramount in this role. Your success will be supported by your understanding of advanced business planning, regulatory issues, and industry-specific compliance requirements. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a proven track record of successful operations leadership in a similar industry or organization, along with personal integrity. Additionally, having fundraising experience and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, operations management, engineering, etc.) will be advantageous for this role.,
