Job Description

You will be joining ACI Infotech as an IT Sales / Client Partner based in Hyderabad. ACI Infotech is a rapidly growing company in the IT Services and Digital transformational area, located in NJ with offices across the US. Your role will involve leading business growth through a combination of hunting and farming tasks. You should be passionate about innovation, possess a startup scaling mindset, collaborate effectively with internal teams, have a strong network with customers and partners, and be capable of leading a team to achieve rapid growth in the industry. Key Responsibilities: - Foster a culture of sales excellence throughout the sales cycle. - Strengthen C-level relationships with current and potential clients by showcasing business impact and ROI effectively. - Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and revenue streams. - Generate fresh leads through market research, cold calling, email marketing campaigns, and direct sales interactions. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and partners to drive business growth. - Deliver engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to showcase the value of our software solutions. - Negotiate and close deals with favorable terms for both the company and clients. - Improve the sales process and enhance collaboration between marketing, sales, and account management teams. - Act as a key ambassador and spokesperson to build the brand. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of business development or direct sales experience in IT, with a focus on selling to C-level executives. - Bachelors or masters degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field. - Demonstrated ability to sell innovative technologies to enterprise-level customers. - Competitive mindset with a track record of achieving stretch targets. - Enterprising with excellent communication skills to present complex ideas clearly to senior business executives. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal collaborators. - Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.,
