Strategic Advisor to Leadership

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory & Leadership Engagement

• Partner closely with the

  Founder & MD

  to define and execute the company’s long-term strategic roadmap.
• Provide strategic insights, decision support, and analytical inputs for business planning and new initiatives.
• Conduct market, competitor, and business analysis to identify growth opportunities, especially in

  API

  and

  formulation

  segments.
• Support leadership in evaluating new business proposals, partnerships, and expansion plans.

Operational Leadership

• Lead operational excellence initiatives across functions to improve efficiency, alignment, and performance.
• Ensure timely follow-through on leadership decisions and track progress on key strategic action items.
• Drive organizational discipline through structured review mechanisms, dashboards, and performance monitoring.

Project Management

• Manage cross-functional projects end-to-end—planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Oversee high-priority initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to strengthen process effectiveness across teams.

Direct Support to the Managing Director

• Act as an extension of the MD’s office, ensuring critical priorities are executed effectively.
• Prepare business presentations, reports, and strategic documents for management and board reviews.
• Facilitate high-level communication and coordination across departments..

Qualifications & Experience

• Educational background:

  BE / B.Tech – Chemical Engineering

  from IIT or NIT and

  MBA from IIM

  .

• 2 to 3 years of consulting experience

  (strategy consulting preferred).

• 8 to 10 years of total professional experience

  , with

  3 to 5 years in the pharmaceutical sector

  (API or formulations preferred).
• Strong background in

  strategy consulting, business planning, operations, or cross-functional program management

  .
• Excellent understanding of

  financial analysis, business modelling, and performance metrics

  .
• Outstanding problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with strong leadership maturity.

• BEMBA or equivalent qualification

  from a reputed institution preferred.
