Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Experience driving business transformation and expanding shared services/GBS across functions such as Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, and Legal.
Proven background in setting up and transitioning shared services, including location analysis, workforce planning, and migration execution.
Strong skills in operating model design, governance setup, process improvement, and knowledge-transfer frameworks.
Ability to develop process documentation (process maps, RACIs, SLAs) and perform time-and-motion studies and FTE/workload assessments.
Experience building financial models, business cases, and FTE sizing for GBS/GCC feasibility studies.
Familiarity with digital and automation tools (RPA, AI, process mining, analytics) to enhance service delivery.
Experience collaborating with leadership to define KPIs, SLAs, and governance structures for GBS operations.
Exposure to outsourcing initiatives, including vendor evaluation, selection, and contract management.
Participation in at least one full-cycle GBS/GCC implementation.
Strong consulting foundation with excellent problem-solving skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
Experience applying project management tools and methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, including managing and influencing senior stakeholders.
