About the Role

Tax Advisory

Eligibility:

Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related fields
CA Inter qualified candidates also can apply
0 to 4 years of relevant experience in Taxation, Audit, or Financial Advisory (freshers with strong interest may also apply)

Key Responsibilities

Tax Advisory:

Assist in providing tax advisory support on direct and indirect tax matters
Support tax planning, compliance review, and filing activities
Conduct research on tax regulations, circulars, and case laws
Support preparation of tax reports, working papers, and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for tax-related queries

Internal Audit:

Assist in planning and executing internal audits across business functions
Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and compliance issues
Prepare audit working papers, draft findings, and support remediation tracking
Support risk assessment and development of internal control frameworks
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, SOPs, and regulatory norms

Skills & Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of accounting fundamentals
Understanding of Indian taxation or internal audit methodologies
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
