About the Role

The Business Technology Manager / Digital Transformation Expert will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment of IT solutions with organizational goals. This role involves strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement to deliver technology-driven business outcomes.

Role & responsibilities:

• Partner with business units to identify technology needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and process automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ERP, CRM, and other enterprise solutions.
• Monitor technology trends and recommend innovative solutions to improve business efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering/IT or MBA in Technology Management.

• Experience:

• 812 years in IT project management or technology consulting.
• Strong exposure to SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar enterprise platforms.

• Skills:

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and digital transformation strategies.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
