Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief of Staff, located in Mumbai. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for managing executive priorities, overseeing special projects, coordinating communication between departments, and ensuring the efficient operation of the company. The role will include strategic planning, optimizing internal processes, and supporting the executive team in various high-impact initiatives. Qualifications Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in strategic planning and execution Proficiency in coordinating cross-functional teams and projects Leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide executive decisions Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Experience in the tech or creative industry is a plus
