Role and Responsibilities


  • Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Assist the CEO in developing and implementing the company's strategic plan.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Operational Efficiency:

  • Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Support the development and execution of company-wide processes and systems.
  • Project Management:

  • Lead and manage special projects as assigned by the CEO.
  • Ensure successful completion of projects through effective planning and resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for the CEO.
  • Leadership Support:

  • Provide support to the CEO in day-to-day operations and decision-making.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and perform analysis to assist in strategic decision-making.


Qualification:

  • MBA from a Tier 1 B-School in India or globally recognized institution.


Work Experience:

  • 3-6 years of relevant work experience in a similar role or in management consulting, strategy, or a high-growth startup environment.
  • Prior experience in the SaaS Fintech industry is a plus.
