- Partner with the VP to define, implement, and track org-wide strategic initiatives
- Lead quarterly and annual planning processes and translate them into measurable action plans
- Track KPIs and team performance using dashboards and structured review mechanisms.
Operational Cadence & Cross-functional Alignment
- Own the CS team’s operating rhythm (OKRs, reviews, forecasts)
- Be the connective tissue between CS and cross-functional partners like Sales, Product, and RevOps
- Represent the VP in internal meetings and drive cross-team follow-ups
Project Incubation & Special Initiatives
- Identify and incubate 0→1 ideas that can scale into high-impact programs
- Launch MVPs and drive special projects that align with CS org priorities
- Build business cases for new ideas, process improvements, or customer-facing bets
Enablement & Tech for Scale
- Equip the CS team with tools, automations, and processes that enable them to deliver 10x quality at 0.5x effort
- Champion internal adoption of AI, workflows, and automation tools
- Build internal documentation, systems, and playbooks for long-term scale
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in a strategic, operational, or customer-facing role in SaaS or high-growth startups
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable across strategy decks, spreadsheets, or customer calls
- High bias for action and ability to break complex problems into structured solutions
- Familiarity with CS metrics, customer journeys, and revenue levers
- MBA is a plus, but not required — we care more about curiosity and execution
