Role & responsibilities

The Chief of Staff acts as a strategic partner, a trusted advisor, and an operational leader, serving as the second-in-command to the CEO. This high-impact role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the CEO's office, driving alignment across the organization, and overseeing critical functions including People Operations, Budget Management, and Client Relations within the dynamic corporate mobility sector.

  • Strategic Planning & Execution:

    Assist the CEO in developing and implementing the company's long-term vision and strategy. Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress across departments. Oversee daily operations, identify operational inefficiencies, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and scalability.
  • Collaborate with the HR department on staffing needs, recruitment (especially for senior roles), and employee onboarding.
  • Champion organizational culture and employee well-being initiatives. Work closely with the finance team to manage the budget cycle, conduct financial analysis, and ensure efficient allocation of resources to support strategic priorities. Filter information flow to the CEO, prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations, and ensure effective decision-making processes. Lead and manage high-impact, cross-functional special projects and initiatives from conception to completion on behalf of the CEO. Act as a proxy for the CEO in certain meetings and make decisions on their behalf when appropriate, ensuring continuity of leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Preferred candidate is from Corporate Mobility, tours and travel industry, hospitality is a Plus. An enthusiasist ready to take on CEO's office of a Coporate Mobility Sector and drive the organisation to the next level with good process mgt, people management, technilogy integration and operations management and client management skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. This role is ideal for a versatile, action-oriented leader who can work in ambiguity and is dedicated to driving efficiency and supporting the CEO's vision for growth in the corporate mobility space
