Chief Marketing Manager

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and own the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with the company’s overall vision and goals.

Collaborate with executive leadership to shape company-wide growth and brand positioning.

Brand Development & Management:

Define and evolve the brand identity to drive market leadership and customer loyalty.

Ensure consistency across all touchpoints: web, content, campaigns, social media, and offline channels.

Demand Generation & Growth Marketing:

Lead data-driven performance marketing initiatives to drive acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Oversee SEO, SEM, email, paid media, and conversion optimization strategies.

Product Marketing:

Collaborate with product and sales teams to craft messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.

Drive competitive positioning and customer segmentation.

Customer Experience & Insights:

Use market research, data analytics, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve the end-to-end customer journey.

Champion a customer-centric culture across the organization.

Team Leadership:

Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team across functions (digital, brand, content, comms, etc.).

Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

3 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles; 2 years in a senior executive or CMO capacity.

Proven track record of building and scaling brands in a competitive market.

Strong grasp of performance marketing, branding, customer acquisition, and lifecycle management.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
