As a part of the role, you will be responsible for various tasks including: - Manpower Planning, driving Hiring processes such as Sourcing, Interviews, assessments, Negotiations, and Post-hiring processes. - Managing Young Talent through Campus Hiring and One-year Induction programs. - Employee Life Cycle Management, Onboarding & Induction Management. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be supporting the Head HR in: - Driving Talent Identification process through Talent Segmentation. - Succession planning including the identification of critical positions and successors. - Driving Appraisals, Normalization process, and preparing Unit level Compensation Revision proposals.,
