In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be supporting the Head HR in: - Driving Talent Identification process through Talent Segmentation. - Succession planning including the identification of critical positions and successors. - Driving Appraisals, Normalization process, and preparing Unit level Compensation Revision proposals.,
