As a Senior Manager Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits) in our FMCG company based in Delhi, you will be responsible for driving compensation, benefits, performance management, and HR strategic initiatives. Your role will involve leading various key responsibilities such as driving performance appraisals, goal setting, and employee engagement surveys. You will also be in charge of parity reviews, talent segmentation, salary planning, employee benefits management, grievance redressal, POSH compliance, talent reviews, succession plans, org design projects, focus group discussions, HRMS administration, and implementation of new modules. To excel in this role, you should have at least 10-12 years of robust Total Rewards & C&B experience with a proven track record in performance management and talent reviews.
