Job Description

We have an urgent opportunity for Chief Legal Officer

Experience range-20 to 25 exp in commercial and corporate law, exposure in Europe & UAE will be preferred.

Location-Nagpur, Maharashtra

Chief Legal Officer (CLO)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead legal strategy and provide counsel on corporate, regulatory, and governance matters
Advise on manufacturing operations, supply chain contracts, and compliance with EHS and trade regulations
Oversee complex commercial transactions, contracts, and joint ventures
Implement and monitor compliance programs across jurisdictions
Manage litigation, regulatory issues, and corporate governance

Requirements:

Law degree with license to practice in India
20+ years of legal experience, including leadership roles in manufacturing or related industries
Strong commercial, regulatory, and corporate law expertise
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Experience with cross-border transactions is a plus
