Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Legal Officer located in Nadiad. The role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing the company in legal matters, and developing strategies to mitigate legal risks. Qualifications Expertise in Law and Legal Issues Ability to provide sound Legal Advice Knowledge of Corporate Governance principles Experience with Labor and Employment Law Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong leadership and management skills Admittance to the bar in relevant jurisdiction Experience in a senior legal role is a plus
