Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CA) is a strong plus. - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in acquisitions, financial analysis, or a related field - preferably within the ARC or financial services industry. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial statements and legal documents. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. - Familiarity with the SARFAESI Act, IBC, and other regulatory frameworks relevant to acquisitions and financial transactions.
