Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Ensure compliance with statutory, taxation, and regulatory requirements, including RERA guidelines applicable to the real estate sector.

Prepare and present accurate financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) to the management and board.

Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors to optimize funding and capital structure.

Establish and monitor internal controls, accounting systems, and financial policies to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Conduct profitability analysis, project costing, and evaluate financial feasibility for new and ongoing real estate projects.

Oversee statutory audits and liaise with external auditors, ensuring timely and clean audit closures.

Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounts and finance team for efficient operations.

Strategically manage capital allocation, risk mitigation, and long-term financial sustainability.

Key Requirements:

Qualifications: CA, MBA (Finance), CMA, or equivalent professional degree.

Experience: Minimum 1215 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 6 years in a senior leadership role within the real estate sector.

Strong knowledge of real estate project accounting, financial modeling, taxation, and RERA compliance.

Hands-on experience with financial systems such as Tally, ERP platforms, and advanced Excel skills.

Proven leadership abilities with strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
