About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial management of our hospitality group. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in hotel finance operations, budgeting, compliance, and strategic financial planning, with a proven ability to drive profitability and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all financial operations across multiple hotel and hospitality units. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals. Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis. Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements. Lead internal audits, risk management, and cost control initiatives. Advise the Board and CEO on investment decisions and financial performance. Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external partners. Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure efficiency and accuracy in operations. Requirements: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance. Minimum 10–15 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the hospitality or hotel industry (Added Advantage). Strong understanding of hospitality financial systems (e.g., PMS, ERP, POS integrations). Excellent analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.
