Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's financial strategy in alignment with business goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. - Monitoring cash flow, working capital, and ensuring optimal financial health. - Overseeing accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and audits. - Ensuring timely preparation of financial reports, MIS, and presentations for management. - Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/management based on financial analysis. - Monitoring and evaluating investment strategies and risk management. - Building and maintaining relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities. - Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to finance. - Leading and guiding the finance and accounts team for smooth operations. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. - Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent. - Minimum of X years of experience in financial management roles. - Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
