Job Description

We are looking for a strategic, board-ready CFO with a strong track record in corporate finance, risk management, investor relations, and financial leadership, especially in Indian listed companies managing project-based businesses (real is a high-impact, business-critical leadership opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead corporate finance, including capital raising & debt/equity optimization
Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting & MIS
Own enterprise risk management, taxation & compliance
Oversee audits, disclosures, investor communication & statutory reporting
Advise CEO & Board on financial direction & investment strategy
Lead investor relations & represent company in analyst calls
Build & lead a high-performing finance team

Eligibility & Experience

Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
MBA in Finance (Tier 1 preferred) Desirable
20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
Experience as CFO or Finance Head in an Indian listed company Mandatory
Domain exposure to real estate, EPC, or infrastructure is advantageous
Strong skills in analytics, conflict management & board communication
