Qualifications

    experience design, product innovation, marketing strategy, or digital transformation

  • Proven track record of delivering

    award-winning, transformative experiences

    across digital, physical, and hybrid channels.
  • Deep expertise in

    customer journey design, service design, and ecosystem thinking

    .
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate

    AI and emerging technologies

    into meaningful, human-centered experiences.
  • Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong business acumen—able to connect design and technology vision to tangible client and business growth outcomes.
