• Domain expertise

  : 10+ years of experience in ecommerce and in the

  fashion domain

  . Candidate should have 5 + years of experience with leading

  e-commerce platforms / fashion DTC startups

  .

• Passion for Fashion:

  A genuine passion for the fashion industry and understanding of emerging trends.

• Leadership Experience

  : Proven track record in leading a team, preferably in the fashion, retail, and e-commerce industry.

• Industry Knowledge

  : Deep understanding of the fashion e-commerce space, including trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape.

• Financial Acumen:

  Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, fundraising, and financial planning.

• Tech-Savvy:

  Comfort with technology and data analytics, and a solid understanding of

  e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools
