• Drive to IPO:

  Create and sustain a consistently high-performing culture and operating model that’s IPO-ready, from metrics to governance.

• Own Sales & Marketing:

  Lead with a sales-first mindset. Build a global brand and strong enterprise customer base .

• Align Product to market :

  Work with product and engineering leadership to enrich our product suite, to always be category-defining.

• Build Culture:

  Be the cultural compass. Attract top talent, retain high performers, and drive clarity of mission.

Who You Are:

• A proven, natural

  with a track record of scaling business , with a deep understanding of the Indian Financial services sector (Banks & NBFCs)

• Sales & marketing DNA

  : You’ve built go-to-market engines that deliver repeatable and scalable results.

• Deep understanding of

• Equally comfortable in boardrooms, customer meetings, and sprint reviews.
