Translate the company's vision into short- and long-term strategic plans.
Establish business targets in alignment with financial, market, and operational goals.
Institutionalize performance-driven culture across all business units and functions.

Revenue Growth & Business Expansion

Identify new business opportunities across PMS, AIF, Wealth, MF, and Advisory verticals.
Spearhead initiatives for market penetration via D2C, B2B, and Institutional channels.
Oversee inorganic growth, partnerships, and digital innovation in product platforms.

Product & Technology Integration

Promote synergy between Research, Product Innovation, and Execution Teams.
Support digital transformation and automation across CRM, portfolio, and transaction journeys.
Ensure scalable platforms for investor, advisor, and partner ecosystems.

Operations & Functional Excellence

Supervise operational execution across all six core functions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, operational, and audit guidelines.
Define cross-department SOPs and build centralized governance structures.

Team Building & Leadership Development

Lead talent acquisition and mentorship of HODs, CXOs, and functional leads.
Promote a high-performance, accountable, and transparent workplace culture.
Empower middle management and encourage succession planning initiatives.
