Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Recruitment Executive to join our HR & Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in engineering recruitment , preferably in EPC, design, or technical consulting domains , and be capable of handling end-to-end recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for engineering and technical positions (Designers, Engineers, Project roles, etc.). Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, and references . Develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews , and assess candidate suitability based on technical job requirements. Coordinate with technical managers for interview scheduling and feedback. Maintain accurate recruitment trackers , reports, and candidate databases. Draft and post job advertisements across portals and social media platforms. Handle offer negotiation, joining formalities , and ensure smooth onboarding. Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain engagement until joining. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Engineering or related field. 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment (preferably engineering or EPC sector ). Strong experience in sourcing through Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and Boolean searches . Good understanding of technical roles such as HVAC Designers, Piping Engineers, Electrical, Civil, Structural Designers , etc. Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint . Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment . Key Attributes: Result-oriented and proactive in closing positions. Strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline. Team player with a positive attitude. Capable of handling multiple requirements simultaneously.
