Executive Recruiter

Position Overview:

Recruitment Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment

  for engineering and technical positions (Designers, Engineers, Project roles, etc.).
• Source candidates through

  Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, and references

  .
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  
• Screen resumes, conduct

  telephonic interviews

  , and assess candidate suitability based on technical job requirements.
• Coordinate with technical managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
  
• Maintain accurate

  recruitment trackers

  , reports, and candidate databases.
• Draft and post

  job advertisements

  across portals and social media platforms.
• Handle

  offer negotiation, joining formalities

  , and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain engagement until joining.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in

  Human Resources / Business Administration / Engineering

  or related field.

• 2 to 4 years

  of experience in recruitment (preferably

  engineering or EPC sector

  ).
• Strong experience in sourcing through

  Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and Boolean searches

  .
• Good understanding of technical roles such as

  HVAC Designers, Piping Engineers, Electrical, Civil, Structural Designers

  , etc.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  .
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced, target-driven environment

  .
