Chief Executive Officer

Key Requirements:

• Proven leadership of a business exceeding ₹300 Cr turnover.
• Strong technical understanding of doors, windows, and façade systems — including profiles, hardware, fabrication, and performance standards.
• Hands-on experience in plant operations, ensuring quality, precision, and on-time delivery.
• Proven track record in P&L management and business profitability.
• Ability to build and scale dealer and channel networks across India.
• Deep experience working with architects, PMCs, and HNI clients in premium segments.
• Exposure to both project-based and retail business models.
• Skilled in leading sales and marketing teams with measurable growth achievements.
• Experienced in digital transformation (CRM, ERP, project visibility tools).
• Background in premium international brands (German or equivalent preferred).
• Preferably a professional in the age group of up to 45 years, with strong energy, leadership presence, and an execution-focused mindset.

Experience:

Minimum 15–20 years, with at least 5 years in senior leadership in the doors, windows, or façade industry.
