Job Title: CTS (Chemical Technical Services) 📍 Location: Dahej, Gujarat 🏭 Industry: Petrochemical / Chemical Manufacturing 🏢 Client: Reputed Client Place (Dahej) Job Description:We are hiring CTS (Chemical Technical Services) professionals for our reputed client at Dahej. The ideal candidate will support chemical operations, process optimization, quality monitoring, and technical coordination within petrochemical/chemical plant operations. Key Roles & Responsibilities:Provide technical support to chemical and petrochemical plant operations Monitor and analyze process parameters, yields, and efficiencies Assist in process optimization, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis Coordinate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Safety teams Ensure compliance with process safety, HSE norms, and SOPs Support documentation, reports, and technical data analysis Participate in plant trials, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives Assist in implementation of new processes, chemicals, or technologies Educational Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or Petrochemical Engineering (Mandatory) Experience: Freshers or candidates with relevant experience in Chemical / Petrochemical industries can apply Exposure to plant operations, CTS, or process engineering will be an added advantage Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of chemical & petrochemical processes Knowledge of process safety, HAZOP, and operational best practices Good analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and technical documentation Effective communication & coordination skills Willingness to work in shift operations, if required
