🌿 Hiring: Chef | The Lanswood Estate, Lansdowne (Uttarakhand)

About the Role:

We’re seeking a creative culinary professional who can deliver exceptional dining experiences that complement our resort’s natural charm. The ideal candidate will manage kitchen operations, curate menus, and ensure top-notch quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute a variety of Indian and continental dishes.
Supervise and train kitchen staff.
Maintain food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards.
Manage inventory, costing, and vendor coordination.
Innovate with seasonal and local ingredients for our in-house restaurant The Verandah.

Requirements:

Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Chef in resorts, hotels, or premium restaurants.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Passion for hospitality and attention to detail.
Willingness to stay on the property (accommodation provided).
